1. Refund Policy
We believe in the value of our coaching services and are confident that you'll find them life-changing. Your growth and success are at the heart of what we do, and we're committed to delivering exceptional support.
That's why we offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If, after completing your coaching program, you feel that you didn’t receive the value you expected, you can request a refund within 30 days of completion. No questions asked. 2. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
We understand that life happens and schedules can change. We're committed to being as flexible as possible while also respecting each other’s time.

Client Cancellations: If you need to cancel a scheduled session, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice. This allows us to manage our schedules effectively. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will result in the session being counted as completed.

Rescheduling: Need to reschedule? No problem! We ask for at least 48 hours' notice, and we'll do our best to accommodate your new time. If a request to reschedule comes within 48 hours of your session, we'll handle it on a case-by-case basis. We understand that things come up unexpectedly, and we'll make every effort to find a new time that works for both of us.

Coach Cancellations: If your coach needs to cancel a session for any reason, we'll notify you as soon as possible and reschedule the session at a time that's convenient for you, at no cost.

3. Delivery of Services
Our coaching sessions are delivered virtually via Zoom unless otherwise specified. You will receive a link to join your session after booking. If you have not received your session link within 24 hours of your scheduled time, please contact us at hello@katdean.com

Clients are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection and a suitable device for the virtual session.
4. Cancellation of Coaching Programs
If you choose to cancel your participation in a coaching program, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance of your next scheduled payment.
